- Design - The collaborative process continues as we convert the concept into preliminary sketches and rough budget figures. After presenting these to the you, a process of refining the design and budget ensues. Once you approve the design and budget, we complete an official proposal along with blueprints, formal drawings and a contract. Because we pride ourselves on our professionalism, we ensure that the contract addresses the expectations of both the client and the firm in order to minimize disruptions to your business during the construction / installation phase. - Maintenance - When we provide the maintenance for our installations, we guarantee all the plants and systems for the period of one year. We provide maintenance for our own installations as well as for landscapes we did not install. Our maintenance crews are trained, efficient, professional, tidy and uniformed for easy identification. We always use professional quality (commercial) equipment and products. We offer all-inclusive or “at cost” maintenance contracts.
